This group of volunteers provides, plans, and coordinates some of the social functions and recreational activities in the parish. They aid in parish unity and spirituality through fellowship. They are the welcoming part of the parish, especially in making new members feel welcome and comfortable!
The Welcoming Committee provides a warm welcome to families and adults who are new to our wonderful parish. Committee members welcome new parishioners with phone calls, Welcome Packets, and host a New Member Social Hour three times each year. This event is held in the Church Social Hall where adults and children of new families can meet parishioners and enjoy an evening of food and fun and get information about the parish.
