405 S. Church St., Wentzville, MO 63385 | 636-332-9225

St. Patrick uses Flocknote to communicate announcements, news, and other important information to parishioners and volunteers. With Flocknote, you can control HOW you receive information (text or email) and WHAT information (groups) you receive. In addition, you can look back at messages sent out easily without having to sort through your email (and spam folders).

If you would like to receive St. Patrick news and updates via email or text, you can sign up in one of two ways:

  1. Text “STPW” to 84576
  2. Go online and visit stpatrickwentzville.flocknote.com

Note: After signing up, you will receive a verification email from Flocknote. Be sure to verify your email — if you don’t, you may not receive our emails. Also, in your email spam settings, you may need to mark flocknote.com as a safe sender if you are not receiving emails from us.

If you are already receiving Flocknotes, you have an account that was set up by a staff member when we transferred your registered Constant Contact email to Flocknote. However, you are only signed up with your email (you will not receive texts) and only for the "Everyone" and "Parish News & Events" groups. You can modify your account to "join" other parish groups and change how you receive information (either by email, text, or both).

In order to update your preferences, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to login.flocknote.com
  2. Enter your Email or *Cell Phone and click the Send button
  3. Check your email for a message from Flocknote, "Your Magic Login Link"
  4. Click "Log In Securely" link inside the email

Once you are logged in, you will see a list of our "groups" and "sub-groups" in the black column on the left. You can join any of them, although those with a "lock" will require further approval from the group admin. Remember, you get to control what groups you get information from and how you receive that information. You may change these options or unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

*List your cell phone number in order to receive the texts

CLICK HERE to visit our Group Admin page if:

  • You lead a ministry and would like to use (or are currently using) Flocknote to communicate with volunteers,
  • You volunteer with one of our ministries and would like to receive ministry-specific updates, or
  • You want to be a Group Admin for a new or existing group

Join now via text or email and stay connected to the parish. We have several independent Flocknote groups and our parish office will occasionally send out information on parish programs, events, and other information to help you grow in your faith! Thank you for joining our flock!

What are the benefits?
While Flocknote enables the clergy, staff, and ministry leaders of the parish to communicate more effectively with you, it will also enable you to control whether and how you receive communication from our parish ministries (by email, text, or not at all). Flocknote also allows you to reply directly back to the messages you receive. You will only get notes from ministries you join, as well as parish-wide announcements, and removing yourself from an individual list is as easy as clicking "unsubscribe." Best of all, you don’t even need to create a password (unless you want to).

How do I access my options?
When you register, you will be able to choose whether you would like to receive notes by email, text, or both, and the groups you would like to join. To make changes, you can access your account at any time by using your email or phone, and password (if you created one). The password can be created at the time of registration or later.

Is my information secure?
Yes!  All of your data is transmitted across an encrypted Internet connection, and all of your personal information is stored in secure databases. Your information is never sold, rented, or given away to any third parties. For more information on Flocknote's privacy policy, please visit www.flocknote.com/privacy.

What if I don’t have texting?
You can still sign up, as long as you have an e-mail address.

Once I sign up, am I “in for good?”
Only if you want to be! The nice thing about this great service from our church is that it’s always free, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How do I adjust my notifications?
Log in to Flocknote and adjust your notifications by selecting the purple bell icon. You can adjust your text and email notification settings for all your groups or completely remove yourself from a group. You can also log into Flocknote by clicking on ‘My Info’ link that is in the bottom right corner of any emailed note from our parish or group.

How do I unsubscribe?

To stop text notifications: text STOP to 84576 at any time or just reply STOP to a text message from the parish.

To stop emails: click the 'Unsubscribe' link that is in the bottom right corner of any email.

Is there any cost?
There is no charge for this service but your carrier message and data rates may apply (most plans nowadays include unlimited talk and text, so this should not be an issue). Full terms & conditions are listed at https://flocknote.com/txt.

If you would like to be a group admin for one of our groups, or if you have an idea for a new group, please contact us at 636-332-9225 or email bulletin@stpatsch.org. Some ideas for groups are Prayer Corner, The Chosen (tv program), Adoration, Respect Life, Marriage Encounter, study programs, parish events, etc.

If you’re having problems with Flocknote emails not being delivered to your mailbox:

1. Check your SPAM folder.

2. Add mail@flocknote.com to your list of contacts. This often resolves the issue. It lets your provider know that Flocknote is a trusted sender and also puts those messages in your primary inbox.

IMPORTANT:  Please don’t remove yourself from the EVERYONE group.  Doing so will take you out of ALL St. Patrick Flocknote groups and you will not receive any digital communication from St. Patrick parish.

What if I need help?
Flocknote has an incredible collection of information available to you at help.flocknote.com. You may also contact the parish office at 636-332-9225 or email bulletin@stpatsch.org.
