A Morning to Renew, Reflect, and Reconnect with God

Save the date for a powerful morning of faith and fraternity as our Council hosts the Men’s Morning of Hope. All men of the parish and neighboring councils—high school freshmen and older—are invited to attend this free, spirit-filled event designed to help deepen your relationship with Christ.

Event Schedule

8:00 AM – Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
Following Mass – Three inspiring talks by our guest speaker, Deacon Vernon Dobelmann

Meet Deacon Vernon Dobelmann

Ordained in 1999 in the Archdiocese of St. Louis (alongside our own Deacon Bernie Buckman), Deacon Vernon brings over 26 years of experience in ministry. He has served in Catholic education, parish life, and diocesan leadership across six dioceses. Currently assigned to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Fort Collins, Colorado, he is a frequent speaker, retreat leader, and author.

In 2017, he published Articulating Hope, an autobiographical account of his spiritual journey through two battles with cancer, open-heart surgery, and other trials. His deep personal experience of suffering profoundly shapes how he ministers, prays, and leads others to Christ.
