Property Acquisition Fund Update

• The St. Patrick Building Committee will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to several Archdiocesan approved architectural firms next week. 
• The RFP seeks services for master planning the St. Patrick - Wentzville campus, focusing on how we can utilize our existing and newly acquired properties for expansion.
• The committee, alongside Fr. Dan, has outlined prioritized phases for potential expansion based on feedback from the parishioner survey and town hall meetings, to be included in the RFP.
• We aim to interview selected firms during the week of July 7th, with Fr. Dan, Fr. Joe, the Building Committee, and the Finance Committee.

Mark your calendar for September 15 & 16, when we will present initial conceptual renderings and drawings of our potential campus expansion, as well as the I-70 project and its impacts on our campus.
