As we bask in the blessings of the Easter season following the Easter Triduum, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your unwavering support over the past year. Our parish thrives because of the commitment and generosity of every member of this community.

As you may know, in response to the growth of the Wentzville community and at the encouragement of the Archdiocese, St. Patrick Parish began land acquisition efforts last summer, even before my arrival as pastor on August 1. I’m pleased to report that our efforts have been successful so far.

Now that we have made significant progress in acquiring land, I am excited to officially launch our parish expansion initiative, Building Our Foundation in Christ! This initiative cannot succeed without your support. While we have many needs to meet, including additional seating in our church and improved parking, we are also planning to construct a 20,000 square foot parish center on the recently acquired former MFA property. This center will play a vital role in our community, as outlined in last week's overall expansion progress report.

To date, we have raised nearly $1,000,000, and our goal is to double that amount. This funding will enable us to acquire additional properties and engage an architectural planning firm to begin designing our entire campus, from Highway 70 in the south to the railroad tracks in the north.
