Home and School Communication

Parent Communication is very important and in order to enhance the partnership between parents and teachers, Saint Patrick utilizes a web-based service called Fast Direct Communications. This is a secure server messaging process for student information that is accessible, convenient and password protected. This service allows parents to:

• View or print report cards and progress reports
• View individual teacher and/or class bulletin boards
• View online calendar that includes school events
• Provides private eMessaging between parents and teachers
• View billing information

The partnership between supportive parents and school staff is very important at Saint Patrick School. Fast Direct, however, does not replace interpersonal relationships in which our school prides itself. The Parent - Teacher communication process also includes written notes, meetings and phone calls.
