Adult Faith Formation
Religious Education aims “to bring about in the believer an ever more mature faith in Jesus Christ, a deeper knowledge and love of His person and message, and a firm commitment to follow Him through His Church.” This is accomplished by offering opportunities for the people of the parish to learn, share, grow, deepen and live out their faith in an environment committed to life-long faith formation.
Many opportunities are offered through the year for adults to learn more about our Church and grow in our Catholic faith through prayer, discussion, study, and reflection through various Bible study groups, classes, and events.
We always welcome anyone interested in participating or volunteering your time, talent and energy.

“But to teach as Jesus did means calling and equipping all Christians of every age and stage of life to fulfill their baptismal call to holiness in family, Church, and society—their mission to evangelize and transform the world into a more caring and just society. Ongoing faith formation is essential to accomplish this mission; it does not end at confirmation or graduation but continues until one's death.” From #44. Our Hearts Were Burning Within Us: A Pastoral Plan for Adult Faith Formation in the United States, November 1999.
